Erica Bartolina


Erica comes to NCFC with a rich variety of diverse expertise. With world class experience as a track and field athlete, a Business degree from Texas A&M University, and a personal training certification from the American Council of Exercise, Erica fills the needs of NCFC in many areas. As a well versed
personal trainer with a true understanding of athletics and fitness, she can
assist you with meeting your personal training goals. As the general manager,
she ensures any administrative issues you may have will be handled smoothly and professionally.
  
Beth Yokum


Beth is a certified group fitness instructor through IAFP, AFAA and IDEA® for personal training and is presently working on a NSCA® certification. . She has acquired specialty certifications through AFAA for seniors, youth, and personal training. Beth's years of experience teaching various forms of aerobics and conditioning contributes to the high energy level and success of her classes.
